We don't know the status of the elves in Drakengard 3 beyond Four's prologue. Unless there are texts somewhere that state the status of the elves at that time, then it unsubstantiated details
Though the elves are neutral, we don't know if the elves are peaceful. All elven characters are psychotic.
The elves were killed to be sacrifices and not because their blood is poison. That's a detail from the manga that never comes up in the games.
Yaha being a knight doesn't say anything about the state of the elves. All we know is that they may have survived. We don't know to what degree because the game never expands upon those details.
